Pudding Base
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)
  • 1/2 cup apple butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 whole apple, diced
Optional Sweeteners and Toppings
  • Maple syrup or honey (optional, for sweetness)
  • Toppings: granola, nuts, or additional apple slices

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chia seeds, almond milk, apple butter, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  2. Stir well until all ingredients are combined.
  3. Add rolled oats and diced apple, mix again.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  5. Serve chilled, topped with granola, nuts, or additional apple slices if desired.

Notes

Apple Crumble Chia Pudding can last in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days. It can also be frozen for up to a month; the texture may change when thawed.
