- In a mixing bowl, combine chia seeds, almond milk, apple butter, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Stir well until all ingredients are combined.
- Add rolled oats and diced apple, mix again.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Serve chilled, topped with granola, nuts, or additional apple slices if desired.
Notes
Apple Crumble Chia Pudding can last in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days. It can also be frozen for up to a month; the texture may change when thawed.
