Ingredients
  

Patties
  • 1 pound ground beef Can use lean ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper
Assembly
  • 12 pieces slider buns
  • 12 slices Cheddar cheese Can substitute with American cheese
  • 1 cup Lettuce Chopped
  • 1 medium Tomato Sliced
  • to taste Pickles
  • to taste Special sauce (mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish) Mix all ingredients to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the beef mixture into small patties to fit the slider buns.
Cooking
  1. Cook the patties on the grill or skillet for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
  2. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.
Assembly
  1. Assemble the sliders by placing the cooked patties on the bottom half of the slider buns.
  2. Top each slider with lettuce, tomato, pickles, and a dollop of special sauce.
  3. Place the top half of the buns on the sliders and serve warm.

Notes

Store leftover sliders in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Keep sauce and fresh toppings separate for longevity. For freezing, cool patties fully before bagging and avoid freezing fully assembled sliders with veggies.
