Preparation
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the beef mixture into small patties to fit the slider buns.
Cooking
- Cook the patties on the grill or skillet for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until fully cooked.
- During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.
Assembly
- Assemble the sliders by placing the cooked patties on the bottom half of the slider buns.
- Top each slider with lettuce, tomato, pickles, and a dollop of special sauce.
- Place the top half of the buns on the sliders and serve warm.
Notes
Store leftover sliders in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Keep sauce and fresh toppings separate for longevity. For freezing, cool patties fully before bagging and avoid freezing fully assembled sliders with veggies.
