Wet Ingredients
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.75 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Filling
  • 0.5 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 0.25 cup blueberry jam

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
  3. In another bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until combined.
  6. In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and blueberry jam until well blended.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto a baking sheet.
  8. Add a dollop of the cream cheese and blueberry mixture on top of each cookie dough scoop.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
  10. Let cool before serving.
