Ingredients
  

For the Dip
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened Use room temperature for easier mixing.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup diced green onions Add after spreading in the baking dish.
For Serving
  • as needed Tortilla chips For dipping.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the refried beans, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning.
  3. Mix until well combined and smooth.
  4. Spread the mixture into a baking dish and top with green onions.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  2. Serve warm with tortilla chips.

Notes

Leftover dip stores well in the fridge for 3-4 days in an airtight container. It can also be frozen for up to 2 months.
