Preparation
- Shred your cooked chicken into small pieces using a fork or your hands.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with garlic aioli. Add salt and pepper to taste, stirring until the chicken is well coated.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese into the bowl and mix it well with the chicken and aioli.
Cooking
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place one tortilla in the skillet for about 20 seconds until it becomes warm and soft.
- Take the warm tortilla out of the skillet and place it on a plate. Spoon a generous amount of the chicken mixture onto the center of the tortilla.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it from the bottom up to create a wrap.
- If you like your wraps crispy, place them back in the skillet seam side down and toast for a few minutes until golden brown.
- Remove the wrap from the skillet, let it cool slightly, then cut in half. Serve warm.
Notes
These wraps can be served with a side of salad, fries, or chips. You could also add extra condiments like salsa or extra garlic aioli for dipping. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
