  • 1 ball Refrigerated pizza dough You can make your own if preferred.
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese Opt for fresh mozzarella for best results.
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan cheese Use quality Parmesan for better flavor.
Flavorings
  • 3 cloves Fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder For an extra punch.
  • 2 tablespoons Butter, melted Brushed on for a golden finish.
  • 0.5 cup Chopped parsley, optional For garnish.
  • 1 teaspoon Chili flakes, optional For those who like a bit of heat.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Allow the refrigerated dough to reach room temperature before working with it.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, and garlic powder.
Assembly
  1. Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into small squares.
  2. Place a generous amount of the cheese mixture in the center of each square.
  3. Seal the edges of the dough tightly to prevent the cheese from leaking.
  4. Brush the tops with melted butter and optionally sprinkle with additional Parmesan and parsley.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until the bites are puffed and golden brown.
  2. Keep an eye on them, as the baking time can vary based on your oven.
Serving
  1. Serve hot, with marinara, ranch, or garlic sauce for dipping.

Notes

To achieve the best cheesy pull, make sure to seal the dough edges well. These bites can be frozen after baking and reheated in the oven.
