Slider Ingredients
  • 12 rolls Kings Hawaiian rolls Soft, split-top sweet rolls
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Use rotisserie or leftover chicken
  • 8 slices cooked bacon, crumbled Cook until crispy
  • 1 cup ranch dressing For mixing with chicken and bacon
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup Optional, for drizzling on top
  • 1 cup cheese Optional, choose cheddar, pepper jack, or mozzarella
  • 2 tablespoons green onions Optional, for added flavor

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the Kings Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom half in a baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, and ranch dressing together.
  4. Spread the chicken and bacon mixture over the bottom half of the rolls.
  5. If using, sprinkle cheese and green onions on top.
  6. Place the top half of the rolls on and drizzle with maple syrup.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden.
  9. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

These sliders are easy to prepare ahead of time and can be stored in the refrigerator or frozen for later. They can also be served with various dips or sides.
