Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In a larger bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, mixing until a dough forms.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized balls of dough and place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.
- Make an indentation in the center of each ball using your thumb.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until set but still soft.
- Once the cookies have cooled slightly, fill the indentations with chocolate ganache.
Notes
