Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into small meatballs.
Baking
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- In a separate pan, combine cranberry sauce and BBQ sauce over medium heat.
- Once meatballs are cooked, add them to the sauce and stir gently to coat.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
You can make the meatballs in advance and refrigerate. They also freeze well for up to 3 months. Serve with toothpicks for appetizers or over rice for a main dish.
