Baking

- Roll out one portion of dough into a rectangle, brush with melted butter, and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
- Roll tightly, seal the edge, and slice into 1/2-inch pieces.
- Place slices on baking sheets and bake for 11-12 minutes.
Icing
- For icing, whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla.
- Drizzle or spread icing on cookies and allow to set.
