- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a blender, combine corn kernels, masa harina, vegetable broth, sour cream, melted butter, garlic, baking powder, and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Grease a 10-inch skillet and pour the mixture into it.
Baking
- Bake for 35 to 38 minutes or until the top is golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
- Top with cheese if desired, and garnish with chopped cilantro.
