Preparation
- Spray a 9x13 inch pan with nonstick spray, or line it with parchment paper for easier removal.
- In a large pot, melt the butter and mini marshmallows over medium heat while stirring continuously to prevent burning.
- Stir in the vanilla extract, then add the cocoa pebbles cereal, mixing until well combined.
- Press the mixture into the prepared 9x13 pan evenly using a greased rubber spatula.
- Top the cereal mixture with the crushed Oreos, pressing them lightly into the cereal.
- Scatter the grass sprinkles over the Oreos, gently pressing down.
- Insert toothpicks into the bottoms of the Peeps and stick them into the bars, then sprinkle the mini Cadbury eggs on top.
- Allow the bars to set at room temperature for 1 hour before cutting into 12 pieces.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days; for longer storage, wrap pieces in plastic wrap and freeze for up to 1 month. Avoid refrigerating as it can dry out the marshmallows.
