Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 4 tablespoons butter Unsalted butter recommended
  • 6 cups mini marshmallows You can use regular marshmallows if preferred
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6 cups cocoa pebbles cereal Can substitute with Rice Krispies or Fruity Pebbles
  • 15 cookies Oreos, crushed Can use golden Oreos or graham crackers as variations
  • 5 ounces grass shaped sprinkle blend
  • 8 Peeps For decoration and fun
  • 1/2 cup mini Cadbury eggs

Method

Preparation
  1. Spray a 9x13 inch pan with nonstick spray, or line it with parchment paper for easier removal.
  2. In a large pot, melt the butter and mini marshmallows over medium heat while stirring continuously to prevent burning.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract, then add the cocoa pebbles cereal, mixing until well combined.
  4. Press the mixture into the prepared 9x13 pan evenly using a greased rubber spatula.
  5. Top the cereal mixture with the crushed Oreos, pressing them lightly into the cereal.
  6. Scatter the grass sprinkles over the Oreos, gently pressing down.
  7. Insert toothpicks into the bottoms of the Peeps and stick them into the bars, then sprinkle the mini Cadbury eggs on top.
  8. Allow the bars to set at room temperature for 1 hour before cutting into 12 pieces.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days; for longer storage, wrap pieces in plastic wrap and freeze for up to 1 month. Avoid refrigerating as it can dry out the marshmallows.
