  • 12 pieces Oreo Cookies, Spring variety
  • 4 cups marshmallows
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 3.4 ounces French vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 6 ounces milk chocolate, chopped

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Pour marshmallows into a large microwave-safe bowl, drizzle water over the top. Microwave for 1 minute. Remove and whisk to combine. Set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine pudding mix and milk. Beat with a whisk for 2 minutes. Place in the refrigerator until ready to use.
  3. Chop Oreos and add to the bottom of four trifle dishes.
  4. Chop the chocolate and set aside.
  5. Add about 1/4 cup marshmallow to each trifle over the top of the Oreos.
  6. Top marshmallow with pudding, adding about 1/2 cup per dish.
  7. Sprinkle with chopped chocolate and finish with a dollop of marshmallow.

Notes

Store the trifle in the fridge for up to 3 days. Do not freeze as it will change the texture.
