Ingredients
  

Fresh Fruits
  • 3 oranges 3 oranges, sliced
  • 2 apples 2 apples, sliced
  • 2 cups 2 cups grapes, washed Small bunches preferred
  • 1 cup 1 cup kiwi, sliced
  • 1 cup 1 cup pomegranate seeds For garnishing
Optional Garnishes
  • 1 bunch 1 bunch mint leaves For garnish
  • 1 small bowl 1 small bowl yogurt or honey For dipping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash all fruit well.
  2. Cut the fruit into bite-size pieces, keeping pieces about the same size.
  3. Arrange the fruit pieces in groups by color or mix them for a rainbow look.
  4. Add small bunches of grapes and sprinkle pomegranate seeds over the top.
  5. Tuck mint leaves in the gaps for a fresh scent and look.
  6. If desired, add a small bowl of yogurt or honey in the center.
Serving
  1. Serve the platter chilled for the best taste.
  2. Let it sit in the fridge for 15 to 30 minutes before guests arrive.
  3. Place small plates and napkins nearby.

Notes

Store any leftover fruit in an airtight container in the fridge and use within 2 days. Freezing some fruits like grapes is an option, but avoid freezing apples or oranges as they lose texture.
