Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a medium bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt until combined. Add Greek yogurt and stir until a dough forms. Adjust texture with more flour or yogurt if needed.
- On a floured surface, divide dough into 4 parts. Roll each into a 6-inch rope and join ends to form a ring.
- Place on tray, brush tops with beaten egg, and sprinkle with your chosen toppings.
Baking
- Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden and puffed. Let cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
Store cooled bagels in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days. For longer storage, refrigerate for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Thaw at room temperature or toast from frozen.
