  • 1 package mini bagels
  • 1 pack crostini
  • 1 pack crackers
Cheeses
  • 4 oz goat cheese Soft cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese Soft cheese
  • 4 oz brie Soft cheese
  • 4 oz cheddar Hard cheese, cubed
  • 4 oz manchego Hard cheese, cubed
Meats
  • 1 cup sliced salami
  • 1 cup prosciutto
  • 1 cup small meatballs
Dips
  • 1 cup hummus
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1 cup sweet yogurt dip
Sweet Treats
  • 12 mini cupcakes
  • 1 cup chocolate bites
  • 12 cookies

  • 1 cup nuts and seeds For crunch

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Clean and prep all fruit and herbs. Wash and dry berries and greens.
  2. Slice cheeses and breads into small, bite-size pieces.
  3. Place dips in small bowls and set them around the main platter.
  4. Arrange cold items first: cheeses, meats, fruit, and crackers.
Warm Items
  1. Make warm items just before guests arrive or keep them in a slow cooker.
  2. Place small bowls of nuts and a bowl of toothpicks for easy grabs.
  3. Add small spoons for dips and small tongs for meats.
  4. Garnish the boards with a few herbs and a drizzle of honey or jam.
  5. Put a small sign or label if you have guests with food needs.
  6. Refill plates when items run low to keep the table full.
