  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Adjust to taste.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Can substitute with other cheeses.
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened Softening helps mix smoothly.
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 package crescent roll dough
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted For brushing before baking.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish For serving.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and garlic until browned; drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Roll out the crescent roll dough and cut into rectangles.
  5. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each rectangle.
  6. Roll the dough around the filling and pinch the edges to seal.
  7. Place the rollups on a baking sheet and brush with melted butter.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

Serve these rollups with dipping sauces like ketchup or mustard. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
