Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 1 lb ground beef Use lean ground beef for a healthier option.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic adds more flavor.
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded You can substitute with pepper jack for extra heat.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Adjust to preference.
Dough
  • 1 can biscuit dough Use any brand of biscuit dough.
Topping
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated Add more for extra flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven according to the biscuit dough instructions.
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned, adding garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
  4. Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
  5. Flatten each biscuit and place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center.
  6. Fold the dough over to seal the filling inside.
  7. Place the bombs on a baking sheet and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake according to biscuit dough directions until golden brown.
  9. Serve warm with dipping sauces.

Notes

These bombs can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes to warm.
