Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup buffalo wild wings sauce
  • 8 oz pasta (penne or rotini) Cook according to package instructions
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Use fresh grated for best texture
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Add towards the end of cooking
  • to taste salt and pepper Add at the end to taste
  • for garnish Chopped parsley

Method
 

Cooking Chicken
  1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Pour buffalo wild wings sauce over the chicken.
  3. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
Cooking Pasta
  1. About 30 minutes before serving, cook pasta according to package instructions.
Preparing Sauce
  1. Once chicken is cooked, shred it in the crockpot.
  2. Stir in heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic.
Combining Pasta and Sauce
  1. Add cooked pasta and mix until combined.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat gently with a splash of cream or milk. For freezing, cool fully and freeze in a safe container, and thaw overnight in the fridge before reheating. Adding cream can help restore texture after freezing.
