Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and place the chicken thighs on it.
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, vinegar, and ketchup to create the glaze.
- Pour the glaze over the chicken thighs, making sure they are well coated.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, flipping the chicken once and basting with the pan juices if desired.
- Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing or serving whole.
Notes
This dish pairs well with steamed green beans, rice, or even in a warm pita with coleslaw. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container and taste even better the next day.
