Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and self-rising flour until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for a minute or two until smooth.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into bagels by forming a donut shape.
- Place bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the top of each bagel with beaten egg and sprinkle with sea salt and optional toppings.
Baking
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let them cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Store bagels in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. Freeze in a freezer-safe bag for up to 2 months. Thaw at room temperature or warm in the oven.
