Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • Oil spray For spraying the tops before baking

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken strip into the beaten eggs, then coat it with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the coated chicken strips on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Lightly spray the tops with oil.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden and crispy.
Serving
  1. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
