Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken strip into the beaten eggs, then coat it with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated chicken strips on the prepared baking sheet.
- Lightly spray the tops with oil.
