  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt Can use low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt Adjust if using self-rising flour
Optional Toppings
  • to taste sesame seeds For garishing
  • to taste garlic powder For flavor
  • to taste onion flakes For a savory touch

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, Greek yogurt, baking powder, and salt until a dough forms.
  3. Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and shape each into a bagel by forming a ring and pinching the ends together.
  4. Place the bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Add any optional toppings on top if desired.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For storage, keep bagels in an airtight container at room temperature for 1-2 days, or in the fridge for up to 5 days. They can also be frozen for up to 2 months.
