Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, Greek yogurt, baking powder, and salt until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and shape each into a bagel by forming a ring and pinching the ends together.
- Place the bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Add any optional toppings on top if desired.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For storage, keep bagels in an airtight container at room temperature for 1-2 days, or in the fridge for up to 5 days. They can also be frozen for up to 2 months.
