  • 1 cup total citrus juice (1/2 cup orange juice, 1/4 cup each lemon and lime juice)
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tsp minced ginger
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds
  • 1 tsp lemon or lime zest (optional) For an extra citrus punch.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Measure out all the ingredients into a mason jar.
  2. Seal the jar with a lid and shake until well mixed.
  3. Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Serving
  1. When ready to eat, add your favorite fruit to a bowl.
  2. Drizzle the dressing over the top and toss gently with a fork.

Notes

Store in a sealed jar in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. Shake well before each use. Do not freeze as it will alter the texture.
