Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto ungreased cookie sheets, leaving space between each cookie.
Baking
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are set and the centers look slightly soft.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
Notes
Store leftover cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. To freeze, place cookies in a single layer in a container for up to three months.
