  • 32 oz Frozen tater tots Use your favorite brand
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese Shredded
  • 1 cup Bacon bits Cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup Sour cream For drizzling
  • 1 bunch Green onions Chopped

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven according to the tater tots package instructions.
  2. Arrange the tater tots on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  3. Bake until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Once cooked, remove from the oven and sprinkle cheese and bacon bits on top.
  5. Return to the oven until the cheese has melted.
  6. Remove from the oven, drizzle with sour cream and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
  7. Serve warm as an appetizer.

Notes

For spicy variation, mix a small amount of hot sauce into the sour cream.
