Preparation
- Butter the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan with extra butter using a paper towel.
- In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt 4 tablespoons of butter.
- Pour the mini marshmallows over the melted butter and mix well to coat.
- Microwave the mixture for 30 seconds, then stir. Repeat until the marshmallows are fully melted.
- Gradually pour in the Lucky Charms cereal, mixing well to coat.
- Transfer the mixture to the greased pan and press it down evenly using wet hands.
- Cover the pan and refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Once cooled, cut into 20 to 24 squares and flip upside down onto wax paper.
Chocolate Coating
- Melt the white chocolate chips in the microwave for 45 seconds, stir, and heat again until smooth.
- Add 4 drops of green food coloring to the melted chocolate and mix well.
- Dip the bottom of each treat into the green chocolate and place on wax paper to cool completely.
Notes
Lucky Charms Treats can be stored in an airtight container for up to one week. For long-term storage, wrap tightly in plastic wrap and freeze for up to three months. Serve at room temperature for the best experience.
