Ingredients
  

For the Mango Mixture
  • 450 g frozen mango Using fresh mango can enhance the flavor.
  • 350 ml mango nectar Adjust sweetness based on the nectar used.
  • 240 ml ice cubes
  • 1 whole lime, juiced Adds tanginess to the mocktail.
  • 25 g granulated sugar Adjust to taste based on sweetness of mango.
For the Rim and Garnish
  • 45 ml Chamoy sauce For dipping glass rims.
  • 15 g Tajín seasoning For a flavorful and colorful rim.
  • Tamarind candy straws Tamarind candy straws For added fun and chewiness.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Blend the frozen mango, mango nectar, ice cubes, lime juice, and granulated sugar in a blender until smooth.
Glass Preparation
  1. Dip the rims of serving glasses into Chamoy sauce, then roll in Tajín seasoning.
  2. Drizzle additional Chamoy sauce on the interior walls of the glasses.
Assembly
  1. Pour the blended mango mixture into the prepared glasses.
  2. Insert tamarind candy straws into the glasses.
  3. Garnish with slices of mango or lime if desired.
Serving
  1. Serve immediately while cold and refreshing.

Notes

Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator, but it's best enjoyed fresh. Chill glasses before serving for a more refreshing drink.
