Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat the meatballs in marinara sauce until warmed through.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottoms in a baking dish.
Assembly
- Add the meatballs and sauce on top of the rolls, then sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the meatballs.
- Place the top halves of the rolls back on and brush the tops with olive oil.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, garnish with parsley, and serve warm.
Notes
Serve warm with extra marinara sauce for dipping. Can be paired with sides like chips or a green salad. Store in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 2 months, reheating as needed.
