Ingredients

  • 8 oz Pasta (your choice)
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated For a creamier texture
Flavorings
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil For sautéing
  • 1 tsp Salt To taste
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper To taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Cooking
  1. Stir in the pasta, milk, salt, and pepper.
  2. Bring to a simmer and cook until the pasta is al dente and has absorbed most of the liquid.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in grated Parmesan cheese until creamy.
  4. Adjust seasoning if needed and serve warm.

Notes

For serving, garnish with extra Parmesan cheese or fresh herbs like parsley or basil. Pairs well with garlic bread or a light salad. Can store in the refrigerator for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
