  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons grated ginger

  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar Optional
  • Salt and pepper To taste

Method

Preparation
  1. In a large pot, pour in the chicken or vegetable broth. Turn the heat to medium-high until the broth begins to warm up.
  2. Once the broth is hot, add the soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, and minced garlic. Stir well to mix all the flavors together.
  3. Gently add the frozen potstickers to the broth. Let them cook for about 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. If adding mushrooms or greens, add them to the pot and stir to combine. Continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Taste the soup and add salt, pepper, and optional chili oil or red pepper flakes based on your preference. If desired, add rice vinegar for an extra tangy flavor.
  6. Once everything is heated through, remove the pot from the heat. Use a ladle to dish out the soup into bowls. Top with chopped green onions for a fresh garnish.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!
