- Toss all your prepped grapes, blueberries, beets, purple cabbage, apple, and ginger into your blender.
- Squeeze the lemon for a pop of flavor.
- Add a cup of cold water, just enough to get the blades moving.
- Blend on high for about a minute until smooth and totally purple.
- Taste the juice. If you love the tart kick, great. If not, add a little honey or agave.
- For extra-smooth juice, strain through a fine mesh sieve or pour it straight into a glass and enjoy.
Notes
Chill the juice before serving. Top with crushed ice, pour over yogurt, blend into smoothies, or freeze into cubes for fizzy treats. Store in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 48 hours.
