Ingredients

Fruits and Vegetables
  • 1 cup Red grapes or concord grapes, seedless Rich in antioxidants, supports heart health
  • 1 cup Blueberries, fresh or frozen High in vitamins C and K, boosts brain health
  • 1 medium Beetroot, raw Good for blood health, rich in nitrates
  • 1 cup Purple cabbage, chopped High in fiber and antioxidants

  • 1 medium Apple, chopped Good source of fiber, helps in weight management
  • 1 inch Ginger, peeled Aids digestion, has anti-inflammatory properties
  • 1 cup Water To thin the juice

Method

Preparation
  1. Toss all your prepped grapes, blueberries, beets, purple cabbage, apple, and ginger into your blender.
  2. Squeeze the lemon for a pop of flavor.
  3. Add a cup of cold water, just enough to get the blades moving.
  4. Blend on high for about a minute until smooth and totally purple.
  5. Taste the juice. If you love the tart kick, great. If not, add a little honey or agave.
  6. For extra-smooth juice, strain through a fine mesh sieve or pour it straight into a glass and enjoy.

Notes

Chill the juice before serving. Top with crushed ice, pour over yogurt, blend into smoothies, or freeze into cubes for fizzy treats. Store in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 48 hours.
