  • 16 pieces Ritz crackers
  • 8 pieces unwrapped Reese's peanut butter cups (thin cups)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Place a single Ritz cracker on the baking sheet.
  4. Top with one Reese's thin peanut butter cup.
  5. Bake in oven for 90 seconds until the top of the Reese cup looks wet but not melted.
  6. Remove from oven.
  7. Gently place another Ritz cracker on top of the peanut butter cup.
  8. Refrigerate until firm, about 15 minutes.

Notes

Store bites in an airtight container in the fridge for 5 to 7 days. Can freeze for up to one month.
