Method
Preparation
- Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave in small intervals until melted. Stir well.
- Place 24 Grasshopper cookies on the cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Assembling Cookies
- Dip 3/4 of each marshmallow into the melted chocolate and shake off any excess.
- Spoon a dollop of melted chocolate onto the middle of each cookie and place the chocolate-dipped marshmallow on top.
- Repeat with the remaining marshmallows.
Decorating
- Pour the remaining melted chocolate into the piping bag. Pipe a dot of chocolate onto the back of each red M&M and place it on the middle of the marshmallow.
- Pipe a small dollop of chocolate onto the back of the holly sprinkles and attach a holly leaf on both sides of the M&M.
Setting
- Allow the decorated cookies to sit for about 20-30 minutes until the chocolate hardens.

- Once set, enjoy your Snowman Hat Cookies!
Notes
Store cookies in an airtight container for up to a week. Can be frozen for longer shelf life. Kids can help with dipping and decorating.
