Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with Frank's hot buffalo sauce until well coated.
- Place the bottom half of the slider buns in a baking dish.
- Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the buns.
- Top with cheese and place the top half of the slider buns over the cheese.
- If desired, brush melted butter and sprinkle garlic powder on top for extra flavor.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the buns are golden.
- Serve hot with ranch dressing if desired.
Notes
To store leftovers, cool the sliders to room temperature. Wrap tightly with plastic wrap or store in an airtight container. Keep in the fridge for up to 3 days. To freeze, wrap individual sliders and place them in a freezer bag for up to 2 months.
