Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 lb. strawberries, chilled, stems trimmed
  • 1/2 cup milk Can substitute with skim or plant-based milk
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 3 Tbsp strawberry jam (preferably freezer jam)
  • 10 oz. strawberry ice cream or vanilla ice cream
  • Sweetened whipped cream, for topping (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Rinse the strawberries under cold water, remove the stems, and let them dry.
  2. In a high-speed blender, combine the strawberries, milk, heavy cream, strawberry jam, and ice cream.
  3. Secure the lid on the blender and begin blending on low speed, gradually increasing to high.
  4. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  5. Pour the milkshake into glasses and serve immediately while cold.
  6. For popsicles, pour the mixture into molds, insert sticks, and freeze for about 6 hours.

Notes

Serve with sweetened whipped cream and optionally garnish with a fresh strawberry or a drizzle of chocolate syrup. Store leftovers in the refrigerator or freeze in molds for later.
