Preparation
- Rinse the strawberries under cold water, remove the stems, and let them dry.
- In a high-speed blender, combine the strawberries, milk, heavy cream, strawberry jam, and ice cream.
- Secure the lid on the blender and begin blending on low speed, gradually increasing to high.
- Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Pour the milkshake into glasses and serve immediately while cold.
- For popsicles, pour the mixture into molds, insert sticks, and freeze for about 6 hours.
Notes
Serve with sweetened whipped cream and optionally garnish with a fresh strawberry or a drizzle of chocolate syrup. Store leftovers in the refrigerator or freeze in molds for later.
