Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, milk, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well until smooth.
- Pour the sweet potato mixture into a greased baking dish.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle mini marshmallows and chopped pecans evenly on top.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown and melted.

Notes
Can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge. Reheat at 350°F until warmed through. For enhanced flavor, top each serving with more chopped pecans or a drizzle of maple syrup.
