Preparation
- Pre-heat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the Bisquick mix, sour cream, and soda together gently until well combined.
- Pour the melted butter in the bottom of a 13×9 glass baking dish and swish it around.
- Drop the batter in heaping spoonfuls into the baking dish, placing them in 4 rows of 3, equally spaced apart.
Baking
- Bake for 20-22 minutes until golden.
- As soon as they come out, brush them with the additional melted butter.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
Notes
These biscuits can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days at room temperature or in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Freeze individually wrapped biscuits for up to 3 months.
