- In a bowl, take the sliced beef and mix it with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Let it sit for about 15 minutes.
- Chop the broccoli and mince the garlic ahead of time.
Cooking
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the marinated beef to the hot oil and cook for about 3-4 minutes until browned.
- Add minced garlic and broccoli to the pan and stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Season the stir-fry with salt and pepper to taste.
Serving
- Serve the beef and broccoli hot over cooked rice.
- Optional: Garnish with sesame seeds or sliced green onions.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. For longer storage, freeze in a container for 2-3 months.
