Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line your cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
- Stir in the flour mixture until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips and sprinkles.
- Use a cookie scooper to place mounds of dough onto the prepared cookie sheet.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 11-12 minutes.
- Cool on the cookie sheet for at least 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
