Ingredients
  

For the cookies
  • 1/2 cup salted butter, melted Approx. 1 stick
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1⅔ cups all-purpose white flour
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon Use less if unsure about the flavor
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup Christmas red, green, and white mix sprinkles

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line your cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a small bowl, mix the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth.
  5. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  6. Stir in the flour mixture until just combined.
  7. Gently fold in the chocolate chips and sprinkles.
  8. Use a cookie scooper to place mounds of dough onto the prepared cookie sheet.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 11-12 minutes.
  2. Cool on the cookie sheet for at least 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to a week or freeze for up to 3 months. Enjoy warm or with drinks like milk and cocoa.
