  • 2 pieces Chicken breasts Diced
  • 8 ounces Twisted pasta (like fusilli or rotini) Cooked al dente
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 cup Heavy cream For the sauce
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese Grated
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For cooking chicken
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Pepper To taste
  • Fresh parsley to taste Parsley (for garnish) Chopped

Method
 

Cooking
  1. Cook the twisted pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in grated parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving. Enjoy your delicious meal!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about 3 days. You can also freeze it in a freezer-safe container for up to 2 months. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight before reheating on the stove.
