Preparation

- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat or in the microwave for about 15-30 seconds, until soft and pliable.
- Assemble the wraps by placing roasted chickpeas, lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced onion, and avocado on each tortilla.
